The free scan is free. The full report is a one-time payment, processed by Stripe. Prices shown by ClauseCheck are in USD unless expressly stated otherwise. Your bank or card provider may apply currency-conversion fees.
If a report wasn't useful, email support@clausecheck.co and you'll get a refund — no forms, no argument.
After unlocking a report, the optional Complete Response Pack (a personalised reply, meeting preparation, and the 12-template Starter Pack) is $20 USD more — $29 total for that contract. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
ClauseCheck Unlimited costs $20 USD per month. It auto-renews monthly until cancelled and has no minimum term. Customers can cancel through the Stripe billing link before the next renewal. Statutory rights and remedies are not excluded. A customer upgrading to Unlimited immediately after a verified $9 report purchase may receive a one-time $9 credit, making the first month's invoice $11 USD; every invoice after that is the standard $20 USD/month.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, which may give you rights that cannot be excluded), our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
